Hidden Valley is a former 770 hectare grazing property and eco tourism lodge that adjoins the Towarri National Park on the southern slopes and escarpment of the Liverpool ranges. The property is strategically located less than 50 km from the Upper Hunter Valley and Gunnedah Basin Coal fields.
A full ecological inventory has recently being undertaken.
The following vegetation types have been recorded on Hidden Valley:-
- Yellow Box-Blakely’s Red Gum Grassy Woodland, 349 ha (Part of the White Box-Yellow Box- Blakely’s Woodland Endangered Ecological Community)
- Yellow Box-Grey Box-Blakely’s Red Gum Woodland, 244 ha (Part of the White Box-Yellow Box- Blakely’s Woodland Endangered Ecological Community)
- Snow Gum Woodland, 7 ha
- Apple-Manna Gum Woodland, 33 ha
- Manna Gum Woodland-Open Forest, 98 ha
- River Oak Riparian Forest, 10 ha
- Silvertop Stringybark Open Forest, 25 ha
- Notelaea macrocarpa-Alectryon Microphyll Vine Thicket, 5 ha
- Rocky cliffs and rock outcrops, 6 ha.

The following threatened species have been recorded on Hidden Valley:-
- Powerful Owl
- Glossy Black Cockatoo
- Brown Treecreeper
The following threatened species are predicted to occur on Hidden Valley:-
- Threatened Woodland birds including Grey-crowned Babbler, Speckled Warbler, Diamond Firetail and Painted Honeyeater, all vulnerable in NSW
- Squirrel Gliders
The following management activities are either underway or planned:-
- Cessation of grazing and firewood/fence post collection
- Fencing to keep stock out from adjoining properties.
- Wild Pig and Fox Control
