Eco Trades currently manages over 25 properties totalling nearly 20,000 hectares on behalf of its investment partners.
Collectively these properties provide habitat for a number of endangered ecological communities and many threatened plants and animals.

5. Grass Tree Farm, Glen Davis, Capertee Valley, 330 ha adjacent to the Gardens of Stone National Park, Greater Lithgow Shire Council.

6. Black Mountain, Parkville, 1190 ha, Upper Hunter Shire Council.

7. Merriwa, 880 ha adjacent to the Goulburn River National Pak, Upper Hunter Shire Council.

8. Marrawah, 408 hectares, Warrumbungles Shire Council.

9. Goonama, 2570 ha adjacent to the Piliga State Conservation Area, south of Wee Waa, Narrabri Shire Council.

10. Bulahdelah, 436 hectares adjacent to Myall Lakes National Park, Great Lakes Council

11. Clifden Park, 1568 hectares adjacent to Fortis Creek National Park in the Clarence Valley LGA.
